Tracking Rent Payments

The Payments tab shows every payment across your portfolio, with five summary tiles at the top: Total Due, Total Paid, Late Payments, Outstanding, and Total Records. Filter by All, Pending, Paid, Late, or Disputed.

Payment statuses

• Pending - not yet due, or due but not yet paid or overdue
• Late - past the grace period with no payment recorded
• Paid - payment received, online or manually recorded
• Partial - a partial amount has been recorded (this status exists but doesn't have its own filter button - look for it under "All")
• Disputed - a payment that was Paid but was later reversed by a chargeback, dispute, or refund

Good to know

• The Amount column always shows rent plus any late fee combined, with a breakdown line underneath when a late fee applies.
• If a payment was made online, its status badge includes a "View in Stripe ↗" link straight to that transaction in Stripe's dashboard.
• If you haven't connected online payments yet, you'll see a banner reminding you to do so from Settings.
