Payment Reporting (CSV Export)

Exporting payments

The Payments tab has an Export CSV button that downloads payments.csv - every payment record for your account, regardless of whatever status filter is currently selected on screen.

Exporting expenses

The Expenses tab has its own Export CSV button. Unlike the payments export, this one respects whatever Year and Month filter you have selected - pick "All Months" to export a full year at once.

Good to know

• Both exports include a LeaseLoop branding header with a generation date, so they're easy to identify if you're handing them to a CPA.
• The payments export is always the full record set - if you only want, say, Paid payments, you'll need to filter them out after opening the file, since the on-screen status filter doesn't apply to this export.
