Understanding the Dashboard

The dashboard is organized into tabs: Overview, Payments, Expenses, Documents, Maintenance, and Subscription (an Admin tab also appears for admin accounts).

The Overview tab

• An onboarding checklist that guides you through adding your first property and tenant
• The payment setup card (see Configuring Payment Settings)
• Four quick-stat tiles: Properties, Units, Monthly Rent, and Occupancy
• Your full property list, each with its units shown as cards

Reading the quick stats

• Monthly Rent is shown as occupied-rent over total-possible-rent (e.g. "$2,400/$3,600") - not a single number, since it reflects both what you're actually collecting and what your full portfolio could earn if every unit were occupied
• Occupancy is occupied units divided by total units, as a percentage - it shows 0% rather than an error if you haven't added any units yet
